Mark Simson is a CPA who currently serves as CFO and Executive Board Director for The Integritus Group. Mark started his career at PwC and has been in the security industry specifically since 2003. Mark has served as CFO and COO to multiple security Companies both private equity backed and independent. The Companies have been in different aspects of the industry including alarm monitoring, video monitoring, integration services and software as a service amongst other offerings. These Companies include iVerify, Worldwide Security, DTiQ and Intralogic Solutions. Mark has also been involved in multiple acquisitions involving due diligence, financing and integration both on the buy and sell side. Mark also has a wide array of experience working with various industry lenders across the industry. Mark has been a very customer facing executive across his career. Mark has been known for his leadership and compassion working with various team members across the United States and Europe. Mark is a 10X marathon runner and also currently services on the Commack Chamber of Commerce.
